A lone Imperial Lambda-class Shuttle, the Phyrgian V entered Ralltiir from Deep Space Zone 4 to C-16. The shuttle's pilot said quietly to himself, "come out, come out, wherever you are..." before resuming his flight operations, pushing a button on his ComScan panel to begin a full-on ACTIVE SCANNING of the system.  He was under orders to recon the system for his mothership, the *******, which remained in Deep Space, along with * other Imperial capital ships.

After not detecting any military units in system, the Phyrgian V deactivated its ComScan transmissions and ceased ACTIVE SCANNING.  The shuttle then moved closer to the planet to continue its mission.

The Phyrgian V's pilot received a short transmissions from his mothership, the WARHAWK, having been cleared for Phase 2 of its mission. After calculating an entry approach, the shuttle entered Ralltiir's ATMOSPHERE as it prepared to increase Imperial influence on the world.

The Phyrgian V landed on the surface of Ralltiir, in the spaceport district of a small coastal city. The construction management team the shuttle carried immediately made contact with the local Imperial delegates in the city, who then directed the team to a vacant lot where an IMPERIAL FLEET DEPOT would commence construction.

A week before, word began to spread around the planet that the Galactic Empire was officially expanding its influence on the world. Many of the planet's citizens had mixed feelings, even the Imperial supporters. Some even questioned if the installation of a Fleet Depot was legal, because many of the politicians in Ralltiir's upper echelon felt they had "made the proper arrangements" with the Empire to secure autonomy. Regardless of what the situation was, the delegates of Hale "made their arrangements" instead, and now a full-fleged Imperial Fleet Depot was now operational, having completed its construction. It was a glorious day for the Empire, so the Phyrgian V recalled its crew and began its ascent towards the atmosphere, having completed its mission.

The Phyrgian V exited the atmosphere and entered into Ralltiir's low orbit, inching closer to its mothership, which had remained in Deep Space throughout the expansion mission.

The Phyrgian V moved into Deep Space, where it docked with its mothership.  The two vessels originally sent to Ralltiir began making their hyperspace calculations and entered hyperspace to return back home to Chandrila.

    The Shade exited hyperspace and took up the monotonous task of scanning, moving, and establishing a fleet depot. In the interest of being expedient, this post shall cover the processes unless hostiles are in the system.

Summary:
LSHU Shade exits in C-ring and ACTIVE scanning commences.
When scanning completes, and if no hostiles exist, Shade moves, enters atmosphere, lands, blah blah blah.
EXPANSION and establishment of a fleet depot begins.

    With the depot fully established, it was now time Mors and his team to leave the system. The shuttle lifted from the surface and proceeded up into the atmosphere.
