Brief Bio:
Born and raised on Salient. Maligan has a strong security and logistics background through Corporate Sector Authority. His family has a large political and traditional influence on Salient. Imperial presence in sector diminished Maligan family influence and resulted in death of a cousin. Additionally, this Imperial oversight resulted in unfair policies that caused harm to population through economic and other resource sanctions. Many felt these policies were unjust. Feeling a debt to family and society Maligan transitioned to Salient Strategic Command as it was beginning. Rising to the leadership council he became liaison with the greater rebellion and was instrumental in bringing numerous factions and sectors within the Command. As of this posting the Command has 10 sectors, including substantial political and economic support from Salient, and a large naval operation that is commanded by General Maligan.
