Well, it seems I ended up getting the X-Wing miniatures game. (Oh my wife is so not going to be happy with me, lmao) So I got the core set last night, and tried it out, learned the rules and all that, and after deciding I do in fact enjoy it, was wondering what any of the other "must have" sets others have or have seen? I mean, I havnt done a whole lot of research into this outside of what you can find on Amazon, but how far do they take this thing? Judging by the size of the CRV I saw in the store im guessing they dont have Star Destroyers. It would be the size of a small car. LMAO!

So yeah, has anyone else actually played this, or is it just something people saw in the store? If so, what are the good sets?

If you haven't played Armada yet, you need to seriously think about it.  It's an incredible game and pretty much takes everything we ever tried to do with Capital Fleet combat and puts it on the Table Top.  I just got home from an all day bender at the local game shop.  It was an emotional roller coaster!  ;D

Currently there are the following ships/fighters out..

GE
  VSD I & II, Gladiator SD I & II
TF, TAdv, TB, TI   generics +unique pilots

REBs
CRV I & II, Neb B & Support Refit, Reb Assault Frig I & II
XW, AW, BW, YW  generics +unique pilots

The next wave releasing will include HomeOne/MC80, MC30, ISD and Imperial Raider (corvette scale), and Support Fighter Class craft like Bounty Hunters and Falcon and Dash etc.
