You can SL without having approval of anything, I mean you can't make aggressive moves until the 1st anywho

Tommorow morning, I am going to provincially take command of 2 Imperial worlds until the GE gets active players to command them. These worlds will be Yavin IV and Eriadu. They will have an Imperial Sector Palace and Golan platform ready to go, with an Imp Shipyard and Academy starting construction. Under the event of an attack, the PDF will consist of a player battlefleet and an Imperial Leader unit. 

My point: the show must go on. I didn't invest alot of time and energy into this project to let it flop on opening day.  If present conditions continue (no Imp players), we'll alter the game so it can be playable in some fashion or another.

Nah, we just had like 2 1/2 weeks =) Its not like its a big deal, you got just as much start up time as I took, so its not like im 10 weeks ahead of you.
