Repairing
Units can only repair themselves when not in combat. To repair shield damage, units simply post "recharging" their shields, and shields will recover at a rate of 10% per 12 hours. Systems damage is repaired in the same manner and at the same rates.
For hull damage, units repair at a rate of 20 Hull Points per 12-hours. If at a system with the Shipyard World or Industrial Powerhouse traits, the repair rate is 50 Hull Points per 12-hours.
There are no additional costs associated with repair.
