  The Bilbringi System is choked with asteroids, planetoids and other spacial formative and destructive debris.  Much of the local asteroids are rich in ores and minerals valuable for starship construction.  The Empire was quick to establish the Bilbringi Shipyards when Kuat and Fondor could no longer keep up with schedule and demand.  The largest mass in the system is the planetoid Bilbringi VII where the only thing remotely resembling a civilization in the star system can be found.  The rocky surface is dotted with artificial enclosed settlements and mining operations that burrow deep into the interior.  Massive asteroid mining ships plod the system-spanning belts and scan for the most desirable asteroids to pluck and reduce to ores.  Gigantic orbital shipyards hover over the planetoids as starships take shape in various forms of completion in their enormous berths.

Some time before Uni Start-Up in this very same Galaxy...

   

  The Bilbringi Shipyards have become the forward operational base of one of the fragmented Empires many slivers.  The highest ranking non-human known in the Galactic Empire, the Chiss Grand Admiral known as Thrawn, has banded together a formidable force of Star Destroyers to carve out his own Post-Palpatine legacy, led by a gargantuan Executor Super Class Star Destroyer.  While Thrawn helms the Super Star Destroyer, he has assigned a squadron of Imperial class Star Destroyers to the command of an allied Grand Admiral, Miltin Takel.  The Super Star Destroyer had been easily acquired by Thrawn only because it sat in the Bilbringi dock yards undergoing extensive campaign damage repairs.  It's refit nears completion, though it still sits anchored and bound to it's hosts.  Though the Bilbringi yards were never suited to construct Super Star Destroyers, they make do and manage the capabilities to repair one.

  As Thrawn supervises the final preparations for the massive ships launch for combat readiness and his faithful first officer Pellaeon helms their home ship nearby, the ISD Chimaera, Miltin Takel and his ships patrol the outskirts of the system..
