Hey guys, the new rules and specs are posted. Please look them over and let me know if you find any errors or inconsistencies.
I've updated the rule book as well - Hale, especially, please have a look. I think it's all updated.
The pricing model has changed a bit with the new weapons ratings and I've also made it 'exponential' rather than linear. This means if 5 of unit X had the equivalent damage output, damage tolerance, and carrier capacity as 1 of unit Y, one of unit Y would be MORE EXPENSIVE than 5 of unit X. This is to tax 'durability' a little bit and make things a touch more balanced.
Obviously I'll need to update starting conditions and planetary incomes. More info on that before end of day.
