Notes: Centuries ago in the Hapan Cluster during the Warring Houses period, Assassins were employed to eliminate prospective heirs to thrones such that other Houses could obtain power through brokered marriages. In the peace that followed the Warring Houses period, the Queen Mother outlawed assassinations by consolidating these individuals to the Royal Assassins Guild. Today, these individuals are "assassins" by name only, as instead they are integrated into the Hapan Royal Army as Scout Snipers, trained to eliminate targets at extreme distances with precision fire.
