Yep. Another game...

Rules are pending, but suffice to say, this is not going to be our run-of-the-mill kill-and-conquer sim. We're going small... very small. If you have been inspired by the Mandalorian TV show, or have long dreamed about running your own pirate outfit or band of gypsies, this game will be for you. To give you an idea of the scale: the largest accessible ship in the game will be a corvette.

To keep things interesting, we will have one player functioning as the GM in order to manage all of the various NPC elements.

In the mean time, if you have any "we gotta have this" things you think this game needs, NOW is the time to mention it. Thanks!

I need a carrier thats only 150m long. Lol

But seriously, how about personal ship modding if we are going this scale?

I think I am personally planning on starting very small.

@Ramano

Yep! We are using a template system. The idea is that players will have their own starport/garage as a base, and can visit other places to get modifications and stuff.

I posted the first page of the rules, which references a "chart" that I'm still tweaking, but the basic idea is that each platform will have default ratings and capacities for upgrades.

Was reading through. I am very interested!

Edit: although why could i not mount a qtblt on a shuttle? An ATR has 4 htbl's. Seems like it should work to me? Lol

Sweet.

Im flush with ideas for my angle here.  Everything from a Fishing operation covering for Spice Distribution network to a small time ex-imperial governor with a ship and a band of loyalists trying to carve himself out a little something out to some individual Hutt Kajidic's operation...ooo.  Decisions decisions.

In Hollywood-speak, it is in "development hell."
