TETH & OUTLAND STATION
« on: October 08, 2015, 10:21:07 PM »
For all storylines pertaining to Teth and Outland Station.

SPACE GRID

HIDDEN JEDI [Quest]
This quiet planet is home to many B'omarr Monasteries, where whispers of Jedi survivors hiding out are beginning to grow louder and louder.

TETH RESISTANCE MOVEMENT [Mission]
Civil unrest and terrorism is increasing to such a point that Imperial Moffs have deemed Teth "a nuisance and problem" to Imperial activity in Hutt Space. The fact that Outland Station functions as a major logistics hub for ships to and from Kessel could dramatically effect activities of other organizations in Hutt Space if players were to get involved.

OUTLAND STATION | TANNICK'S NIGHT CLUB

The Outland Station Authority maintained pretty strict control over the station, as there were few establishments where surly individuals could grab a drink between cargo hauls. Peltus, a Selonian smuggler and Captain of the Migrant Quorum was busy schmoozing the dwellers of the night club, hoping to get some leads for some starfighter escort pilots on the cheap. The Triellus Trade Route from Teth to Kessel is one of the safest in all of Hutt Space, due to routine Imperial traffic, but Peltus preferred to have some extra assurances wherever possible. Tonight he was in luck. Sitting at the bar happened to be a beautiful blue-skinned Twi'lek woman, who was beginning to make a name for herself. Fortunately for Pellus this meant she was cheap.

"Hey there, don't suppose you're a pilot? I'm looking for an escort for my ship."

"That all depends. What's the cargo and destination?" replied the Twi'Lek.

"Sparkling mineral water. Kessel."

"Water? Are you kidding?"

"You must be new to this racket... say, what's your name anyway?"

"Nadira Romani, pilot of the Prowler."

"Ahhh... so you're the girl who snubbed that Trandoshan out of the Prowler... good work. I'm Peltus. And no, I'm not kidding about the water. Kessel is a barren rock, and those Imperials are thirsty. Besides, Tethan sparkling water is a delicacy in Hutt Space. It fetches a fair price on the open market..."

"Fine. You have yourself a deal. When do we leave?" asked Nadira.

"How about now?"

The two got up and departed Tannick's Night Club and proceeded to their respective docking bays. After registering with the Outland Station Control, they took off and rejoined in orbit around Teth, moving rapidly towards the Triellus Route waypoint.

The duo awaited Outland Station Control to give them the go ahead for hyperspace. Due to the immense amount of traffic to and from Teth, commercial traffic formed a queue to depart. Soon, the Migrant Quorum and Prowler would have their turn...

The Wayward Chronicles

<> <> <>

Out of nowhere, a duo of pirate starfighters emerged from the outer reaches of Deep Space, interrupting the Triellus Route (C-1) hyperspace qeue. The two fighters, a Z-95 Headhunter and CloakShape fighter, apparently had their sights set on the Migrant Quorum. Fortunately for Capt. Pellus, the escort he hired was more than capable of fending off this threat. Immediately, Nadira broke off and engaged the Z-95, while Peltus trained his guns on the CloakShape.

Round 1, Engagement 1:
P-38 Prowler UCR=8, vs Z-95 UCR=6. 8/6 = 100% Accuracy. DMG = 16
Z-95 UCR=6, vs P-38 Prowler UCR=8. 6/8 = 75% Accuracy. DMG = 12

Round 1, Engagement 2:
GR-75 MQ UCR=(1)+(7)-(0)-(3)=5 vs CloakShape UCR=6. 5/6 = 83%. DMG = 3
CloakShape UCR=6, vs GR-75 MQ UCR=4. 6/4 = 100%. DMG = 7 Hard, 7 Ion

After the initial exchange of fire, things weren't looking good for the pirates. The Z-95 pilot spoke over the radio to the other CloakShape, "Looks like that traitor Pellus found himself an escort. He must have known we were going to get back at him! Let's get out of here!" Just like that, the pirates broke off and disappeared into Deep Space.

Pellus grabbed his radio comm, "Nadira, thank goodness you were here. Let's get going, I'll explain everything later!"

The GR-75 and P-38 slipped into hyperspace.
