  They were in Detroit at Majestic Theatre Oct 2nd.  Was incredible to state it as simply as possible.  I've been jamming them since 2013 but this is first time I've got to see them live, already loved them, now it's something more.  Best new band I've discovered in my life since Tool (1994ish?), so saying a hell of a lot.

  Capacity for the venue is about 1200 so just an amazing place to see a group with a presence like them.   Their sound is just awesome, even out of the context of their occult image its mesmerizing.

  I feel that shit moving through my veins at appropriate decibels.  :o

  I love it all with Ep VII.  Extraordinary optimism is my new shtick with everything!

  Worst case scenario it's a bad Star Wars movie, which is still better than most every other movie.  :D

Well, I think it's fairly safe to say SOMEBODY IS GETTING KILLED OFF in VII, hands down.

Theory 1: It's going to be Luke because Qui-Gon died in I, then Obi-Wan died in IV, and so a Jedi must die in VII for the "literary theme" to continue.

Theory 2: Han Solo, mainly because of Harrison Ford, lol. We all know why.

I think Luke might definitely take on a mentor type role in the films. Critical to development, but not the main guy swinging the saber.

It's really hard coming to terms with any theory because the Expanded Universe content has gone to shite.

I think Han and possibly Leia are done in by Starkiller Base.

The enlisted club on base is having a Star Wars buffet and movie every Thursday in November, ANH, ESB, and RotJ.  Rumor has it they're showing the original theatrical version too!
