NOTES: Thyferra has an abundance of natural resources (alazhi, kavam, and ambori) critical to the creation of bacta, which has made it a key player in the galactic market. Desiring these resources entirely for itself, the Galactic Empire fortified the planet in order to make sure bacta could flow freely to the front lines. Despite a bold and massive raid by Rogue Squadron during the early parts of the Galactic Civil War, this proved to only slow down production and not eliminate it entirely. By the time of the Battle of Endor, Thyferra's production had returned to 100%. Commanders who integrate Thyferra into their campaign will benefit from the security it provides in virtue of controlling the bacta supply lines from the source.
