Time for you to get in on this. Just put it out there, even if it sucks, get some momentum. I'm rusty as all hell. Hopefully others will come to the party too.

I'm not sure I'll keep my current style. It's a little too breezy and lacking in detail. Or I'll write a little clearer when I'm actually interacting with someone else.

I'm also just trying to avoid writing up mammoth posts so people can read them a little quicker. I felt my first post was short, but now it seems it got away from me a little. At least considering the length I was shooting for.

So let's start something collaborative in addition to our individual threads. Or does everyone feel it's too early? Something like the single planet under siege thing we were discussing. A Flashpoint, if you will.

Currently my character Gunnar Kendrix is going to get pursued by Eidolon's bounty hunter and Hoppus' intel agent, with some conflicts of interest no doubt arising over this fateful triangle. This pursuit might lead to something bigger, but that's what's on the collective plate so far. Come to Nar Shaddaa if you want to party.

  Bit I'm working on right now involves Doshan Bounty Hunter bringing in some unrelated Bounties to Ahnju the Hutt who is in the midst of a fit over the Casino Palace debacle (unbeknownst yet at Gunnar Kendrix's hand).  The assassin droid companion of her will get brought in then to.  Having the luck of delivering the first piece of good news to Ahnju since the robbery/sabotage/hit, this will be how Prikesshk is brought in to the "investigation/chase".

  Near end of it she'll be at the scene of the crime, taking a bit of a "hunters instinct" approach to assessing any forensic clues I think.

I've been thinking about how I'll be jumping in, but I'll be going away for spring break and will have limited internet access.  So I will brain storm some more and see where you guys are next week!

TIME NOTES on Crime & Punishment!

   Just for a note for us all, the time elapsed between the attack on the Beshtak and the happenings in Ahnju's Court Chamber are that evening as the attack occurs at 0430AM hours and an evening sky is noted visible from the throne room at some point.   The girl is retired to her cell that same nite, and it stops with her there very late that nite.

   Also, way psyched you dropped in on it Rin!  I just finally proofread my latest piece and tiny tweaks (one day i'll get to habitual proofreading before posting, scatter brains ;p).   Then I read Crime and Punishment all together.   It ties together awesome I think and all reads great!  I'm psyched as hell.  The direction we are going is awesome.

   Apologies Hale for taking forever to work up to catching up to you!  I think it's going to be a fruitful bounty we are working towards though.  I've already got a ton of ideas flowing through head for when and how the girl and Gunnar meet

Gunnar will be dwelling in this "Level 100" zone for a hot minute. Still figuring out what he's going to do down there but if you have any ideas on a tie-in, let me know.

So I compiled all of C&P to date in to a word file, included the bio thread contents of characters as well as the character images, opening "cover page image" and the two news bulletins images (well the Scale Tale shit which is in process of being migrated over for completenessessessess sake as well.)

Including mildly generous spacing for installment separation and 12pt font, it's 67 pages.
