Title: WYSIWYG Editor Test
Post by: SWSF Hoppus on September 17, 2013, 09:04:27 AM
Hey everyone. You may have noticed that this new post editor looks different.

Add styles while you type and see. Bold, Italic, even font size changes
Will all appear right in the box. I'm not a huge fan of it but I will leave it for now for you all to experiment with it and give me your feedback.

Not sure what you mean. .  my reply text box shows the code only as usual, no style formatting except for in actual Post.

highlight text you are typing then click Bold, or Italics, font, size, color, etc, and see.

it's just the tags that show up. .

I'm typing this regular, this im typing regular then highlighting and italicizing. . . just board tags pop up.

{size=Xpt}blah blah blah{/size}, { } = [ ]

etc.  Yours displays as actual formatted text as it would in a Word file or something?  if so sounds terrible.  ???    i'd rather have it Preview only for that purpose, which is what mine does.  Maybe there's a setting somewhere?  Or maybe I'm still in the clouds and not comprehending. .

Also Horizontal Rulers, or whatevr the hr stands for in {hr}'s don't appear at all.   I was super fond of them =(

hello hello

It doesn't toggle on and off like it would it word, you still have to edit it the same.  Not very intuitive.  But it is nice not having to click through to Preview just to make sure you hit all the right italics and stuff.
