The New Sith Order (NSO) is a sub-faction of the Terrors of the Imperium led by Lord Severus and Admiral Krell.
The New Sith Order (NSO) was founded by the Council of Five in their first meeting on Ruusan, and formally recognized in their second meeting on Korriban surrounded by the spirits of a hundred of the most powerful Sith Lords from the past. Composed initially of only three Sith Lords, four Sith Masters, and approximately thirty Sith Apprentices, the NSO was founded by the Five:
- Lord Severus, Dark Lord of the Sith
- Lady Adeenu, a disciple of Lady Kalia now studying the ways of the Sith under Lord Severus
- a Zabrak Sith Lord, rumored to be Darth Xedu, a disciple of the spirit of Darth Maul
- Master Jaresh Zun, a Dark Jedi turned Sith Lord
- one other unknown by name to most, a Sith Lord from the Unknown Regions
