The New Order is a small isolated Imperial Remnant faction native to the remote Outer Rim planet Scarif. While predominantly a military garrison world, it's small population emigrated mostly under COMPNOR encouraged policies resulting in a still very Pro-New Order base. It's galactic recognized Head of State is the locally elected Governor Belmar Jotun, himself a life-long COMPNOR party member from Corulag. At face value, The New Order is committed to the peace of the Concordance, while simultaneously ensuring it's own survival and that of the ideology. It maintains the old Galactic Empire crest, being a representation of the philosophy's values, while refraining from using the related terminology for the sake of a less conspicuous status.
